Refund Policy

Digital Products — All Sales Are Final

Because all PixelPop90 products are instantly delivered digital files or custom-made digital services (video invitations, PNG cliparts, laser-cut SVGs, templates), we generally do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been fulfilled or work has started.

When You May Be Eligible for a Refund

• Your digital file is corrupt or won't open, and we cannot fix it within 48 hours.
• You ordered a custom animated video, sent us your photo and details, and we have not yet started production. In this case, contact us within 24 hours of placing the order.
• You were double-charged due to a payment processing error.

Revisions Instead of Refunds

For custom services, we offer up to 2 free minor revisions per order. Most concerns can be solved with a quick fix rather than a refund.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights where applicable.
