How fast will I get my order?

Ready-made digital files (PNGs, SVGs, templates) are delivered instantly via email after purchase. Custom animated video invitations take 24–48 hours after we receive your photo and party details.

What format is the video invitation?

MP4, 1080×1920 vertical (9:16). Plays on every phone, tablet, computer, and social media platform.

Can I print the video as a card?

The video is a digital file, not a printable image. If you'd like a still cover image too, just message us — we can export one for free.

Can I share the video freely?

Yes! Forward the YouTube/Google Drive link to anyone. They don't need an account to view or download.

What if I don't like the result?

We offer up to 2 free minor revisions per order. Major scene changes may have a small additional fee.

Do you offer refunds?

Because everything is digital and instantly delivered, refunds are limited. See our Refund Policy for details.

What photo should I send for a custom invitation?

A clear, well-lit portrait — plain background, looking at the camera, no sunglasses or hats hiding the face. Original camera/phone resolution works best.

Can I use the files commercially?

The default license is personal use only. If you'd like to use a file commercially, message us — extended licenses are available for most products.
